Counselling

It can feel like a huge first step to contact a therapist for the first time. I hope to be able to put you more at ease by offering a free 15 minute consultation so that you can meet me before deciding if you would like us to work together. We can explore what you are looking for from therapy and talk more about the counselling process.

As an integrative counsellor, I use a variety of psychotherapeutic approaches in my work, including but not limited to: Humanistic, CBT, ACT and psychodynamic, but central to my work is the quality of the counsellor/client relationship. I am committed to supporting you with whatever challenges you bring and I endeavour to provide a space that is confidential, free from judgement and gives an opportunity for exploring your feelings and thoughts.

I can help you explore the connection between your thoughts, feelings and behaviours, allowing you to find a deeper understanding of yourself, and the ability to navigate life’s challenges with new-found resilience.
